I found a bug. How do I report it?

Please send us a short email with a description of what happened, what you expected to happen, and your device model. Screenshots are very helpful.

How do I delete my account?

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data directly from within the app. If you have trouble doing so, email us from the address linked to your TrueMe account and we’ll help.

I forgot which phone number I used.

TrueMe uses your phone number for login. If you’ve changed your number and lost access, contact us with any details you can provide so we can review options.
